Dividing into smaller breakout groups, attendees will brainstorm and focus on the following discussions:

  • Identifying AI-related opportunities and challenges for Colorado’s workforce
  • Strategies for integrating AI education and training into existing workforce development programs
  • Collaborative initiatives to support AI talent development and retention in Colorado

Groups will then share key insights, ideas, and recommendations from breakout discussions with the larger group. The Open Group Discussion time is dedicated to exploring key themes, addressing questions, and identifying areas of consensus or divergence.

This optional tour following the workshop gives an insight look into Google’s innovative workspace and culture. Get exclusive insights into their approach to AI and technology around their campus.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What time should I arrive at the workshop?

We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the start time (9am) to allow for parking (REVE garage) and check in/registration (C building). Upon arrival, we will have morning beverages and light pastries for those who may be interested. 

What should I bring to the workshop?

Please bring a government issued photo idea for check in. Also, any materials you typically use for note-taking as you wish. Laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices are permitted. But we will ask you to silence these and refrain from use during the workshop.

Will lunch be provided during the workshop?

Yes, lunch will be provided for everyone. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions upon check-in. We will do our best to accommodate them.

How interactive will the workshop be?

The workshop is designed to be highly interactive, with opportunities to engage in discussions and breakouts with hands-on activities. We encourage everyone to actively participate and share insights and experiences.

Is there anything I should do to prepare for the workshop?

We recommend familiarizing yourself with the agenda, the parking information, and the pre-read materials/resources we’ve provided on the AI Tomorrow Workshop Hub. Additionally, consider any questions or topics you’d like to discuss during the workshop to make the most of this experience for you.

Will there be media at the event?

Yes. By attending the event, you are consenting to the following:
